It all began in 2009 when Marco Rosetti — a third-generation Italian-American baker — decided to bring his family's time-honored pizza recipes to Tariffville, Connecticut. Armed with nothing but a stone oven, hand-selected ingredients, and an unshakeable belief in authentic flavors, he opened the doors of the very first Marcos location.

Word spread quickly. Neighbors, families, and food lovers from across United States discovered that Marcos wasn't just another pizza joint — it was an experience. Every pie was (and still is) hand-tossed, topped with the freshest ingredients, and baked to perfection. Our marco pizza recipes remain unchanged because greatness doesn't need reinventing.
